Pricing

Every project is custom-quoted. Here's what to expect.

We don't publish a price list because every engagement is genuinely different. What we can share is the shape of an engagement and the range you're looking at — so you can decide whether it's worth a Discovery call before either of us spends more time.

Three engagement shapes.

Most clients start with one and grow into another over time. Pick the shape that matches where you are right now.

Discovery / Recommendation
A short engagement to figure out what to build, in what order, and what it would cost.

Good fit for

You have a problem you want solved with software but haven't scoped it yet. You want a written recommendation you can act on — even if you don't act on it with us.

Approximate range

Typically a few hours to a week of work; pricing varies and is often waived if it converts into a project build.

Project Build
A defined-scope build — fixed-price or time-and-materials — that ships a working system.

Good fit for

Discovery is done, scope is locked, and you're ready to ship. Most builds are four to twelve weeks; some are shorter prototypes, some longer multi-phase rollouts.

Approximate range

Projects start in the low five figures and scale with scope. We share a written estimate before any contract is signed.

Ongoing Retainer
Monthly partnership covering maintenance, enhancements, and new work as it comes up.

Good fit for

You've shipped something with us (or you have an existing system) and you want a predictable monthly slot for the steady stream of small improvements, fixes, and the occasional new feature.

Approximate range

Retainers start in the low four figures monthly. Allocation is by hours; unused hours surface as a signal to right-size the retainer, not as billable padding.

Why don't you publish exact prices?

Because every project is genuinely custom. A two-week AI-on-existing-data engagement and a three-month native iOS app are both 'projects', but they're not the same number. Publishing a fixed list price would be misleading — either it'd be too high for the small jobs (and we'd lose them) or too low for the big ones (and we'd resent them, which makes for bad partnerships).

What we can promise: after a Discovery conversation you'll have a written estimate before any contract is signed, and we'll tell you honestly if the project is a poor fit or if a no-code tool would solve it cheaper.
